Since 1989 Richard Higginson has been on the staff of Ridley Hall Theological College, which is affiliated to Cambridge University. He is a Lecturer in Ethics and Leadership, Director of Studies, and Director of Faith in Business (formerly the Ridley Hall Foundation), a unique resource for relating Christian faith to the business world which integrates the areas of leadership, faith and values. He is also editor of the quarterly journal Faith in Business. He is the author of several books, including Dilemmas, Called to Account, Transforming Leadership and Questions of Business Life.
Previously Richard lectured at St John’s College Durham. Having been a layman in theological education for much of his career, he was ordained in 2004 ‐ since when he has also been Curate (assistant minister) at St Philip's and St Stephen's Church, Cambridge.
